If I'm on medications do I have to stop taking them?

No. While the S.A.D. to Glad program aims to get people off of or to reduce their medications, we recommend that if you are on medications, that you consult with your doctor before considering any changes to your medications. It’s fine to take the S.A.D. to Glad program even if you continue or choose to take medications.
