'Happiness Habits' is an online course designed to help you acquire practical insights and skills for a more joyful and balanced life. This is a short course, which is nevertheless deep and impactful. Unlike many things we learn and forget, the teachings of this course have been curated from the experience of teaching hundreds of thousands of people from all over the world. These are the practices that participants were actually able to sustain long after learning them and became an integrated part of their life.

The instructor of this course, Nithya Shanti, trained as a forest meditation monk for six years and has been sharing these teachings for over twelve years all over the world. His aim to create a cultural shift from seeking to spreading happiness.
