In the Experiencing Deeper Happiness program you’ll learn how to have better relationships, overcome challenges, connect with your deeper self, and even how to consistently create magical moments throughout your daily life.

You’ll receive 30 audio sessions, each about 15 minutes long. In each session, you’ll hear an entertaining story and learn a new idea that can dramatically increase your happiness. Each method presented can be completed in under two minutes, yet these techniques are powerful enough to dramatically boost your happiness level. By learning these “happiness hacks,” you’ll experience more joy, love, and gratitude in your daily life.

Course Overview

Experiencing Deeper Happiness program consists of 30 separate audio sessions.  There are four main topic areas covered. The four major topic areas are: 

  1. Connecting with your best self
  2. Overcoming obstacles on your path
  3. Creating loving, supportive connections
  4. Creating magical moments in daily life

In each audio session, you’ll hear entertaining and life transforming information about what truly creates lasting peace, joy, and happiness. Then, you’ll learn a simple method that takes under two minutes to do.  By using the simple method, you’ll be able to immediately enjoy more joy, gratitude and happiness that day. 

With each session, you’ll be learning valuable ideas and techniques that you can use for the rest of your life.  Some of these simple methods will truly rock your world, and others will not be as effective for you.  By trying out 30 simple but powerful methods and ideas, you’ll soon find the ones that work best for you.  Once you find what helps you to quickly tap into joy and happiness easily, you’ll have a trusted friend for life.

    In this section we discuss how to tap into gratitude, optimism, and your deeper sense of purpose. In addition, we demonstrate the power of quick meditations for feeling more peace and contentment throughout your day.

  • Overcoming obstacles on your path

    In this section we explore how to effectively handle common challenges such as worry, problems, difficult emotions, and self criticism. We provide simple tools that allow for overcoming these conditions with ease.

  • Creating loving, supportive connections

    In this part of the course, we provide many amazing tools for creating deep, quick, and intimate connections with friends, a mate, and even co-workers. We also discuss how to create a deeper, more loving connection with yourself.

  • Creating magical moments in daily life

    In this final section, we describe many practical ways to bring more joy, play, laughter, and appreciation into daily life. We look into how to get out of ruts, and how to maintain motivation over time so that your entire life is impacted by the program’s many tools.
